Neti pots help here in Fiji if you have headaches triggered by changing pressure. I've seen them at the Sports City pharmacy, will keep an eye out for more.
Borax is available at Cost-U-More, can be put down across doorways and anyplace you have tons of Ants, works as a deterrent
